Family-Owned Property Management 

Champion Property Management, a family-owned business by Jim and Colleen McKee, was founded to help property owners manage their investments. As a full-service management company, we tailor our services to meet individual needs, ensuring the growth and protection of your investment. We also assist tenants in finding their perfect home, fostering strong relationships between tenants and owners, and matching the right tenant with the right property to turn rentals into homes.

Our Staff

Jim McKee

Broker

Jim has been a broker for about 30 years. He is a full service real estate agent as well.

Colleen McKee

Office Manager

Colleen McKee is the office manager, Colleen has 20 years of experience. Jim and Colleen are husband and wife, and also own properties themselves, so they know the ins and outs of investment properties, placing tenants and evicting tenants who don't pay.

Carrie

Property Manager

Carrie is our second in charge. She handles all of the ins and outs of the daily office. She has over 10 years of experience at property management and can handle any and all daily tasks.

Liz

Maintenance Manager

Liz handles all of our scheduling. She does all of the general repair work orders and has a great grasp on tenant ledgers, work orders, and what properties are available to rent, being worked on, or what state each repair is in.

Miranda

Administrative Assistant

Miranda handles all of the inspections. She fills out all of the paperwork needed to send to the cities, sending the necessary funds, scheduling the inspections with tenants and the cities.

CPM Is owned and operated by James T. McKee Jr. Jim is recognized as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). He earned his Real Estate license in 1982, and his Real Estate Brokers license in 1993. He has been managing residential properties for over 25 years.
